A girl (Kika Magalhaes) lives with her parents on a remote farm. Her mother is a surgeon, and under her influence, the girl becomes curious about anatomy. One day, while her father is out, a strange man (Will Brill) breaks into their home and kills the girl's mother. Afterward, the girl's father confines the man. The death of his wife plunges the father into despair and a mental breakdown, leaving the girl to take care of him. Meanwhile, she takes the man imprisoned in the shed as her only friend. She cuts out his tongue and removes his eyes to prevent him from escaping, caring for him day after day. As the girl grows up, feeling increasingly lonely, she yearns for the warmth of friendship, but her twisted, bloodthirsty nature plunges her into a cycle of murder.
