On a crowded train, office worker Nahmi (played by Kim Yu-ri) accidentally loses her phone, and a man (played by Shin Hyun-bin) sneaks up behind her to pick it up, having no intention of returning it. After realizing her phone is missing, Nahmi quickly calls her own number, but the man uses voice-changing software to disguise his voice as a woman and talks to her. Following this, unable to unlock the phone's passcode, the man intentionally damages the screen and installs a bug and Trojan software on the phone.
