The gang leader "Principal" wants to wash his hands of crime but is betrayed by his girlfriend and subordinate (played by Wu Qingzhe), leading to a chase. The "Principal" reveals his Swiss bank password to his granddaughter Xiaoyu and gives her two halves of a US dollar bill, claiming they can be sent at a crucial moment to gain the protection of legendary figures in the underworld, the Marksman and the Genius. In order to get the "Principal's" fortune, Ah Yi collaborates with the overseas gang leader Zhong Shengyi (played by Zeng Zhiwei), kills the "Principal," and searches for Xiaoyu. The police dispatch rookie officer Wang Xiaofei (played by Fang Lishen) to protect Xiaoyu, who also sends out a distress signal.
