The girl searching for true love, Nari (played by Lee Si-young), disappears after leaving a letter for her boyfriend, Yoo-seok (played by Kim Joo-hyuk). Foonam (played by Woo Jung-suk), who secretly has a crush on Nari, buries his feelings deep in his heart due to his brotherly bond with Yoo-seok. Traffic police officer Ai-yan (played by Lee Yoon-ji) has just been left by her fiancé, with only an 18K ring as consolation. A street thug, Byung-chan (played by Kong Hyung-jin), has never believed in love and is cynical about it. These five single individuals, with vastly different personalities, face numerous setbacks on their quest for true love. Strangers in the city become intertwined through seemingly coincidental encounters, prompting them to re-examine their emotional lives. The intriguing stories that unfold add a touch of warmth and happiness to the harsh realities they face. The film is a remake of the 2005 romantic comedy "Bungaku Shoujo" directed by Japan's Kenji Uchida.
