Qing Tian Street No. 1 (played by Zhang Xiaoquan) has no name, just called Qing Tian Street No. 1. He is a cold-blooded killer under A Gu (played by Sui Tang). On the surface, A Gu runs a laundry, but when night falls, a series of deadly transactions take place in the laundromat.
