Set against the backdrop of 1960s Hong Kong society, this film revolves around the trio of Wu Mengda (a teenage male prostitute), Zhang Min (the head of the flying women group), and Liu Yucui (a rebellious schoolgirl), alongside a group of flying women formed by Yang Lijing, Xie Peishi, Wu Qili, Huang Min'er, and others, reflecting a severe social issue of the time. The anti-flying group, led by Chen Xiaoying and Zhang Jianting, interacts with this group of flying women. The story begins at a dance party organized by a neighborhood welfare association, where the flying women leader Zhang Min gets into a fight with a customer and is sent to the police station.
