During the winter vacation, the quarrelsome brothers Snot and Splash take a train to a remote town to visit their grandmother. Upon arrival, they discover that everything has changed! The two brothers begin an investigation and find that the town and its residents are facing a crisis, so they start to pursue a mysterious hole thief.
