The British government sends Agent 007, James Bond (played by Sean Connery), to the Caribbean to investigate the murder of an intelligence officer. After a thorough investigation, Bond suspects that the deceased is connected to Dr. No, who is conducting a secretive and sinister plot on the mysterious Crab Key Island, working intensely on a scientific experiment intended to rule the world. A battle of wits ensues, as Dr. No sends a female spy to monitor Bond's every move, aiming to capture him. However, Bond sees through the deception. Fisherman Quarrel and diver Honey Ryder (played by Ursula Andress) become Bond's capable assistants, but Dr. No is well-prepared for Bond's mission, and Bond and his beautiful aide find themselves in perilous situations.
