During the late Song Dynasty, the Mongols sought to dominate the Central Plains and sent powerful generals to Shaolin Temple to investigate whether it harbored rebellious forces. Later, they confirmed with the abbot that they were not involved in political matters and left. Meanwhile, a young man, injured while attempting to steal the seal of the Yuan army, fled to Shaolin Temple to escape pursuit. The Yuan army learned of this and launched a massive hunt. The young man then shaved his head and became a monk, where he met a drunken mad monk and learned exceptional martial arts. When the Yuan army invaded Shaolin Temple, he showcased his skills and killed a Yuan general.
