In Boston, a beloved pastor is mysteriously murdered, with bullets tearing through his skull in a gruesome death, rumored to be the work of the Punisher. The case is still handled by police officers Greenly, Duffy, and Dougherty, but they are at a loss. Fortunately, the clever and sexy FBI agent Eunice Bloom (Julie Benz) decodes the Punisher's assassination methods. Due to the Boston Massacre ten years ago, fraternal twins Connor (Sean Patrick Flanery) and Murphy (Norman Reedus), along with their leader father Noah (Billy Connolly), have been living in seclusion in the Irish countryside. When the case arises, the brothers shave their heads and return to action. During this time, they recruit the Mexican Romeo (Clifton Collins Jr.), who outsmarts and outmatches larger opponents with his wits and skills. Though it seems cruel to take down their enemies, the brothers feel a connection and design a way to bring him into their ranks. This team, along with the beautiful agent, embarks on a dangerous journey to take down the Punisher…
