Jack, under the circumstance of his wife and daughter being taken hostage, is forced to comply with the gangsters' demands to transport a batch of arms from Georgia to New Jersey. Before departure, the arms dealer lays down three rules for Jack: do not look at the goods, do not ask for directions, and do not stop. Jack, having previously caused a fatal accident, has had his driver's license revoked and is now illegally on the road, while his companions each have their own distinct issues.
