On the night the United States and Russia sign a trade agreement, a key figure is assassinated, and special forces sniper Brandon Beckett (Chad Michael Collins) becomes the prime suspect. After a narrow escape, Brandon realizes that this may involve a dark conspiracy within the government, leading him to seek out his only trusted ally—his father, "Double Tap" Thomas Beckett (Tom Berenger).
