This film is adapted from Robert E. Howard's 1932 comic "Phoenix on the Sword" and is the first installment of the "Conan the Barbarian" trilogy. During the savage era of Earth, conflicts are resolved through brute force. On an ancient continent, two powerful tribal armies engage in a fierce battle, and among them, a brave warrior leads his tribe to victory; he is Conan the Barbarian (Jason Momoa). Upon his victorious return, Conan is beloved by his tribe. He slays terrifying monsters and expands the tribe's territory, but a conspiracy is brewing… Evil supernatural forces are intent on eroding Conan's tribe, controlling the trusted members within, leading to a massacre, and even Conan's father, Corin (Ron Perlman), does not escape. The unexpectedly surviving Conan sets out across the Siberian tundra in search of allies’ help. Burdened with deep-seated vendetta, he will exact revenge for his father and kin in the most primal, brutal way…
