Once a prominent gang leader, Hiroya Munekata (played by Sho Aikawa) was injured in an organization confrontation and forced to withdraw from the underworld. For many years, he and his sworn brother, Nobuya (played by RED RICE), endured humiliation to survive, while also taking care of the daughter of their imprisoned brother, Takeshi (played by Tatsuya Tsutsumi), named Hinata (played by Maika Yamamoto). After Takeshi is released from prison, Hinata runs away with her friend Sera (played by Erina Mizuno) to Money Island. Meanwhile, an influenza outbreak spreads across the island, and Yoshida Akira (played by Daisuke Miyakawa), a member of the Takashita gang, steals prohibited drugs from the organization and sells them as a miracle cure on the island, only to become a terrifying zombie himself.
