The St. Mullen Private Hospital has several Commonwealth intern doctors who are doing things wrongly. Lo Bo Lo, Fu Ke Lan, Jin Zi Wen (played by Wen Jun), and Li Yu Wen (played by Zhang Jian Ting) are under the supervision of attending physician Dr. Chan (played by Chan Yau) and spend their days being unmotivated to save lives. The Medical Department receives complaints from patients and goes to St. Mullen to investigate the doctors' skills and hardware facilities. The hospital director comes up with a strategy, appointing head nurse Gu Linda (played by Lam Kin Ming) to oversee the reforms. Gu Linda promptly brings in a large number of new nurses, including Fang Xiao Min and others, who eagerly take up nursing positions. Understanding the tactics of the intern doctors, Gu Linda also recruits a male nurse, Ah Dan (played by Cheng Dan Rui), to protect the nurses from the harassment of the intern doctors. But how can Lo Bo Lo and his peers simply give up? A group of young people creates a series of jokes in and out of the hospital. Meanwhile, strange patients and pranks between medical staff fill the entire hospital. After another investigation by the Medical Department, the conclusions regarding St. Mullen remain unsatisfactory. How can the medical staff at St. Mullen gain the recognition of patients and the Medical Department?
