"Luring the Wolf" is adapted from a true historical event, set against the backdrop of the Battle of Huang Tilin. It recounts the story of Zeng Yong, the commander of the Third Brigade of the First Military Division of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Military Region, who cleverly lured Japanese General Abe Nobuhide and his troops into an encirclement by our army, ultimately leading to their annihilation by our Eighth Route Army.
