After the White Lotus Cult received the order from the Qing Dynasty minister Nalan Yuan Shu (Donnie Yen) to deal with the revolutionaries, they caused chaos in Guangzhou under the slogan "Support Qing and Eliminate the Foreigners," targeting foreign embassies, churches, and even primary school students.
