In the international metropolis of Shanghai, as night falls and the city lights rise, in one corner of the city, people of all ages are mingling, laughing, and singing. After a family dinner, as everyone is preparing to leave, the entire street where the restaurant is located suddenly loses power. Xiuxiu (played by Jiang Yiyan) stays behind to wait for the bill, while her husband leaves with the others. In the suddenly quiet restaurant, only Xiuxiu and a man from England (played by Tee Yoo) at the neighboring table remain.
