The film tells the stories of three different groups of characters: a mother who kills her three children and a priest striving to be faithful to God; Paula, who is forced into prostitution; and an English teacher who was once a Vietnam soldier alongside her student Natalia... In a world overshadowed by their inner fears, desires, pain, and external temptations, they all struggle in search of love, redemption, and a second chance... However, in the end, their selfishness and insecurity lead to their ultimate downfall...
