The story takes place in the tea-producing town of Wushan, Gucheng, Hubei. Every year in March, the flowers bloom and the tea is lush, with bustling crowds. The bountiful tea harvest leaves the tea farmers overwhelmed with work. They rush to the labor market in the city to find people to work as tea pickers, negotiating prices based on quality and paying by quantity. Every year, many urban dwellers come to work seasonally. 富大龙 plays a shrewd but awkward tea plantation owner in front of girls. He portrays a young man returning home, Song Daxiong, who takes the lead in contracting a tea garden to grow organic tea. Due to the expansion of planting area, he takes a unique approach and invites several job-seeking college students to the city—all of them are beautiful girls. These girls have many requests, and he, being simple-minded, fulfills each of their demands, teaching them how to pick and roast tea.
