Acclaimed screenwriter Aaron Sorkin is set to make his directorial debut with "Molly's Game," a film based on a true story that tells the tale of "Poker Princess" Molly Bloom. Molly Bloom focused on skiing in her youth, ranking among the best in the world. However, she unfortunately failed to qualify for the Olympics, and subsequently decided to take a year off before law school. She moved to Los Angeles and became a waitress, ultimately getting hooked on running high-stakes poker games. With her sharp intellect, Molly earned millions of dollars over eight years by hosting these games, attended by Hollywood stars and wealthy individuals, including Ben Affleck and Leonardo DiCaprio. "Molly's Game" is based on the memoir published by Molly Bloom in 2014, with Sony Pictures responsible for production and distribution.
