The robbers' curved blade accidentally disturb the sealed Nightmare Lord while digging for treasure in the desert. The Nightmare Lord persuades the blade to break the seal, resurrecting itself and bringing darkness upon the world. The seal master, Little Sesame, is invited to an auction, where a chest from Azrolod suddenly releases a nightmare curse, dragging Little Sesame into a terrifying dream. In order to save Little Sesame, Alibaba searches through the adventure manual and deduces from the prophecy that the nightmare seal has weakened and that terrifying monsters are about to be born, and immediate action must be taken to stop it. The newcomer in the adventure world, Aladdin, hears this news and challenges Alibaba, declaring that whoever defeats the Nightmare Lord first will be the strongest adventurer. Thus begins a contest that concerns the reputation of adventurers. The resurrected Nightmare Lord releases dark energy, turning the curved blade into an invulnerable monster. Alibaba and Aladdin join forces to defeat the blade, and ultimately, with the aid of the genie from the lamp and Little Sesame, they seal the Nightmare Lord once again, restoring peace to the world.
