The film mostly restores "The Apology" and "Crito". In the latter half of the play, the scene where Socrates debates with Lyto is a shortened version of the original text, but it covers the important ideas of the Apology. 1. Refuting the charge of "corrupting the youth's minds" 2. Refuting the charge of "atheism" And discussing "he is the wisest" and views on death. However, after the death sentence is pronounced, the dialogue with his friend Crito, who helps him escape, is significantly shortened. But towards the end of the film, it should emphasize the atmosphere before Socrates' death, rather than undermining the tragic mood with grand speeches.
