Female photographer Sarah (Alysson Paradis) and her husband Massio (Jean-Baptiste Tabourin) are about to welcome a new member to their happy family, but a serious car accident shatters their beautiful dreams. Massio dies in the crash, while Sarah and their unborn baby miraculously survive. On Christmas Eve, lonely Sarah stays home, waiting for the delivery the next morning. Suddenly, there's a knock at the door, and a woman in black (Béatrice Dalle) asks to use the phone. Sarah instinctively refuses her, but the woman in black is determined to break in. Her sole purpose is to take Sarah's unborn child. Those who try to stand in her way face dire consequences…
