Roman (Dany Boon) is a medical consultant who, in his forties, has no family or partner, and very little experience interacting with women, due to his obsessive cleanliness and fear of women. Dimitri (Kad Merad) is Roman's only friend and also a psychologist, who is keenly aware of his friend's "condition." To help Roman lead a normal life, Dimitri designs an entire "treatment plan" for him; however, this series of transformation attempts not only fails to get Roman "back on track," but also leads to a heap of jokes and troubles. One day, a beautiful girl named Anna (Alice Pol) appears in Roman's life, possibly giving him his only chance to escape singlehood. Can our Roman seize this opportunity?
