In the Sanlian Gang, the outstanding Shan Ji (played by Chen Xiaochun) is about to marry the daughter of the Japanese gang leader, Yamada Group's Kusanagi Ikkou (played by Chiba Shinichi), named Natsuko (played by Anya). His friend Chen Haonan (played by Zheng Yijian) and several Hong Kong gang leaders also travel to Japan to attend Shan Ji's wedding. Lei Fuhong, the son of the gang leader, is a capable individual but has no interest in his father’s gang business. Shan Ji becomes his ideal candidate for succession, but he faces opposition from another gang head, Loyal Uncle, who is determined to compete with Shan Ji for leadership. The two engage in a power struggle, and Loyal Uncle is attacked during this time, believing Shan Ji orchestrated the attack against him.
