Ah Ding and Ah Guo share a brotherly bond but have not inquired into each other’s jobs. Soon, Ah Guo is assigned to investigate Yang Donghai's gang, while Ah Ding, falling into Yang Donghai's trap, has no choice but to engage with drug dealers, resulting in a bloody battle. Burdened with murder allegations, Ah Ding is pursued by Ah Guo, and after a narrow escape, it leads to punishment for Ah Guo from the police force. Meanwhile, their adversaries in the police force close in on them, ultimately resulting in death. Ah Ding's girlfriend, Wenwen (played by Xiao Hongmei), repeatedly risks herself for Ah Ding, and he finds it hard to abandon her to go abroad alone to escape the situation, which spirals further out of control...
