Madrid. Seven hopeful candidates vying for a top executive position at a multinational company are gathered in an office in a skyscraper on Castellana Avenue, preparing for their interview screening. After navigating a maze of paperwork, qualifications assessment, and other formalities, the seven candidates are ushered by a secretary into a cold room to wait for the interview process. After each carefully introduces themselves, they begin to wonder whether they are being monitored by cameras and why the company has placed a psychologist among them to conduct evaluations.
