This film tells the story of Wang Xiaoshuai (played by Wang Tali), who is despised by his wife's family as an outsider. Facing life's difficulties, he decides to give up everything to pursue his dreams, and thus reconnects with his old classmate, Xiao Dabo (played by Xiao Yang).
