The beautiful woman in a kimono, Sakai Nishikudo (played by Chizuru Kirinami), is looking for a dentist. The young man on the motorcycle, Shinkichi Taninobe (played by Kenji Tohmizu), directs her to the hospital and takes her there. The dentist, Chieko Yamamuro (played by Kyoko Aizen), is an incredibly seductive woman. After injecting Sakai with anesthesia, she removes her white coat to reveal her alluring figure. In a state of half-sleep, Sakai embarks on a ghostly and bizarre fantasy journey. This film is adapted from the eponymous novel by the Japanese erotic novelist Junichiro Tanizaki and is the second installment in Tetsuji Takeuchi's "Daydream" series.
