A Taiwanese teenager, Xiao Gou (played by Aaron Kwok), has his father jailed temporarily for tipping off the police about a Taiwanese gang leader, who is awaiting prosecution. For safety, Xiao Gou moves to Hong Kong, changing his name and enrolling at Sheng Yu Qiang Secondary School. Negotiation expert A Jian (played by Cheung Kin Ting), often making mistakes in negotiations, is sent undercover to Sheng Yu Qiang as a teacher to find Xiao Gou. Upon arriving at the school, A Jian discovers that the students are rebellious troublemakers, with student leader A Shi being particularly troublesome.
