Rajemi, who has been in the music industry for many years, decides to form a choir called "Commitment" to bring American Black soul music to Dublin, Ireland, resonating with the impoverished labor class. However, as he tries to motivate his diverse group of members to become a perfect choir, various uncontrollable factors threaten the fate of this group on the brink of success. Dublin, Ireland has a population of only one million, yet boasts over 1,200 bands.
