Film action director Sam (played by Andy Hui) encounters street dance youth Durian (played by Wong Ka-lun) and others one night at a cultural square, sparking his long-dormant passion for street dance and forming friendships with the young dancers. Sam visits his former problem youth school to see his mentor and encounters several students like A-Zheng (played by Cheung Wing-kong), who love street dance but have nowhere to showcase their talent. To guide the students' interests, the school invites Sam's brother Jack (played by Hung Chi-kit) to teach A-Zheng dance. A dance competition between Durian and A-Zheng's teams unexpectedly brings Sam and Jack together, revealing that Sam had previously caused his inexperienced brother to suffer a leg injury during a stunt. The estranged brothers reconcile and plan to open a dance practice studio together. Soon, the school dismisses Jack due to complaints, but with the help of an old classmate, Sam secures a venue, and the dance studio officially opens. Sam and Jack's dream of dance continues through these young dancers... This film is based on a true story.
