Matthieu is 35 years old and has never met his father. His mother only claims that he is the result of a one-night stand when asked about it. One day, he receives a call from a stranger, informing him that his biological father has just passed away. Matthieu temporarily leaves his wife and children, deciding to fly to Canada for the funeral and to meet his two brothers whom he has never met. In Montreal, aside from his father's friend Pierre, no one knows of his existence or true identity. However, Matthieu soon realizes that he seems to have entered a hostile environment.
