Nine-year-old George welcomed a brother this day - the little white mouse, Stuart. He is a lovely sprite that his parents adopted from the orphanage; he can talk, is wise, and longs for a home of his own. However, George does not like Stuart and is unwilling to befriend him. This greatly troubles Stuart. What makes his situation even worse is that he has become a delicious target in the eyes of the fat cat, living an adventurous life under constant threat. George participated in a model airplane competition, but he faced a series of setbacks; first, his father couldn’t help him build the model, and when the model was finally completed, the remote control was broken by someone on the day of the competition. Whenever George encountered difficulties, it was Stuart’s quick thinking and bravery that helped George get through. After Stuart's efforts, George finally accepted him, and the little white mouse found a warm place in George's home.
