Wong Man-chan "Dog Head" (played by Simon Yam) and Ho Ka-bao "Pig Girl" (played by Christine Xu) are officers of the Hong Kong CIB (Criminal Intelligence Bureau). The CIB, colloquially known as the paparazzi of the Hong Kong police, operates discreetly with ordinary appearances, yet possesses an extremely keen sense for criminals. The mission of Dog Head and Pig Girl this time is to track the suspect Chen Chongshan (played by Tony Leung Ka-fai) in a jewelry robbery case. Chen Chongshan is a "genius" in committing crimes, with rich experience and clever techniques for evading police capture. This time, the CIB operation is more daunting than usual. Despite the police being encircled, Dog Head and Pig Girl exert all their efforts, yet Chen Chongshan continues to escape repeatedly. The chase feels like a cat-and-mouse game, endless and relentless. Chen seems to have a magical ability to sense when police are nearby. With officers dying during the pursuit, Dog Head and Pig Girl are anxious and frantic.
