After retiring, the Saint of Gamblers sees a resurgence of competition in the gambling world as various skilled players vie for the title of Gambling King. The World Gambling Championship is about to begin, and in a bid to cover his tracks, Macau gambling overlord Lei Tai (played by Lam Kwok Bun) plans to create another masked gambler to divert people's attention.
