Freelance worker Micah (played by Micah Sloat) and his girlfriend Katie (played by Katie Featherston) move into a new house. Excited, Micah sets up a camera to document their daily lives. However, their excitement is quickly replaced by an inexplicable sense of unease. It seems that there are other entities hiding within the expansive house beyond just the two of them. At around two or three in the morning, the camera in the corner of their bedroom captures these abnormal occurrences in real time. As time passes, the supernatural events escalate, and Katie, unable to endure it any longer, wants to move out, while Micah is excited about turning these events into a film. He doesn't realize that by the time he truly wants to leave, it may already be too late... This film is the directorial debut of Oren Peli, made on a budget of only $11,000, yet it garnered thousands of times that in revenue due to word of mouth and received an honorary mention at the 2007 Screamfest Film Festival.
