Young man Feng Qiancheng (Guo Qilin), who works in a car repair shop, is of humble status but secretly in love with the wealthy Guo Hao's (Guo Degang) daughter Guo Jialin (Li Xinyun). One day, Guo Hao's brother-in-law (Yu Qian) brings Guo Hao's car to Feng's shop for repairs and specifies that Feng should be in charge. However, in order to please Guo Jialin, he secretly takes the car out for a night tour in Beijing with her. Unexpectedly, an incident occurs where someone takes advantage of the situation and steals a black box containing Guo Hao's wedding ring from the trunk. Realizing he’s gotten himself into big trouble, Feng Qiancheng desperately seeks help from a fortune teller (Zhang Helun) at a bridge.
