A film adapted from a true story: It tells the story of a boy who is born disabled and unable to speak. Everyone thinks he is like a plant and knows nothing. Later, he is sent to a mental hospital where a doctor discovers that he can understand and teaches him how to express himself, spending nearly thirty years proving that he has a mind of his own.
