The evil Doctor uses a time machine to travel to 1969, where he steals Austin's MOJO, the source of Austin's power, rendering him powerless. Fortunately, a British intelligence agency has invented a more advanced time machine, allowing Austin to leave the wonderful material life of 1999 and return to his vibrant time to retrieve his MOJO. Meanwhile, the evil Doctor is concocting a wicked plan to destroy the world: obliterating the Earth from the Moon using a cannon. Austin must stop the evil Doctor's plan in 1969, or he will lose the beauties and pleasures he has in 1999. The unserious agent is back in action, doing it for himself while casually saving the world.
