Before meeting Xiao Ming (Yang Jingyi), Xiao Si (Zhang Zhen) was a typical good boy, the hope of his parents and the pride of his siblings (the family expected him to enter a prestigious university to elevate their social status). He had a friend who liked rock music, self-named “Little King” (Wang Qizhan). Although they would go to the woods to watch people meet secretly, they lived a completely different life from many others who hung out in “Little Park.” After falling for Xiao Ming, Xiao Si fell into an endless abyss, beginning to be led by various external forces. His newfound admiration, Honey (Lin Hongming), unexpectedly dies, and his once-respectable father's self-esteem and spirit suffer serious blows due to a certain incident. Along with Xiao Ming who repeatedly "plays with" his emotions and seems to have seen through him, hot-blooded and possessing a strong sense of morality, Xiao Si ultimately embarks on a path of crime, hoping to end the root of the incident with his own hands. But what Xiao Si does not know is that the root he perceives is merely an insignificant link in this food chain.
