Former U.S. Navy officer M (played by Richard Grieco) is now a professional killer haunted by claustrophobia. One day, he finds himself trapped in an elevator, but fortunately, kind-hearted Susan (played by Maggie Q) is nearby to offer him care and comfort, helping him regain his composure.
