Hanna (played by Brigitte Grothum), Abrasha (played by Elin Kolev), and Leilisa (played by Imogen Burrell) are three musical prodigies with a natural talent for music. Through their shared passion, they forge an inseparable friendship. Suddenly, war breaks out without warning as the German army invades Ukraine, putting Hanna's situation in a precarious and dangerous position. During the most critical moment, Leilisa convinces her family to shelter Hanna and her entire family, allowing them to survive amidst the chaos of war. The German army soon begins their rampage of destruction, with countless family belongings and musical instruments being devastated in an instant. A German army major, who loves music and appreciates Hanna's talent, gifts her a violin and expresses his willingness to nurture her into a remarkable musician. However, what Hanna does not realize is that she has already become a pawn in the hands of politicians.
