The story revolves around Qin Yu's fiancée, who dies mysteriously while investigating the Cass Group. To successfully testify against this malicious biotech company in court, Qin Yu follows Jason, who holds evidence of the group's crimes, onto a cruise ship. However, they are suddenly attacked by mutated serpents and accidentally find themselves on an island where the Cass Group conducts illegal experiments.
