A group of Southeast Asian illegal immigrants goes through hardships to arrive in South Korea, but nearly all the immigrants in the container die, with only one person managing to escape into the bustling city while dragging their weak body. Unbeknownst to them, this person carries the deadly swine flu virus, and within just one day, the virus quickly spreads to every corner of the city. Many are unknowingly infected, bringing the shadow of death to those around them. Beautiful doctor Kim Eun-ha (played by Sooyoung) is a single mother who recently had a car accident but was saved by firefighter Kang Ji-soo (played by Jang Hyuk).
