This man M (played by Markku Peltola) is an amnesiac homeless man with no name and no past. Due to his amnesia, he cannot obtain proper identification, find a place to stay, or get a job. A shrewd security guard rents out abandoned containers to homeless individuals as housing and collects rent, and the man moves in. Here, various people who are similarly suffering yet kind-hearted bring a ray of warm sunshine into the man's life. He also receives eager help from Emma (played by Kati Outinen), a worker at the aid station, and a romance quietly begins to blossom between them during these hard times. The man seems to be able to start his life anew but unexpectedly gets involved in a bank robbery. The police pursuit not only puts the man in a troublesome situation but also reveals his identity and the family he once had. The man finds his wife but doesn’t know how to choose between the already vanished past and the present reality.
