During a school trip, the well-behaved girl Mitsuko (played by Rin Triendl) is in a bus that suddenly gets cut in half by a whirlwind. She bends down to pick something up and escapes unharmed, but her friends, including Aki, are all gruesomely severed at the waist. In a panic, the girl runs for her life, witnessing countless people being killed by the mysterious wind along the way. Suddenly, it feels as if she is in a time before the catastrophe, and shaken Mitsuko along with Aki and others heads to school, only to find that a massacre targeting high school girls is unfolding. During her escape, it seems like Mitsuko traverses different time periods; sometimes she is a bride-to-be named Kiko (played by Mariko Shinoda) and at other times a participant in a marathon named Izumi (played by Erina Mano). The one constant is that the pursuit of young girls has never ceased... This film is adapted from the novel of the same name by Yusuke Yamada.
