Action star Billy (Bruce Lee & Donnie Yen) has recently faced frequent harassment. It turns out that the evil organization leader Dr. Rand intends to take control of the international fighting competition held in Macau, hoping that Billy will join their ranks. However, Billy's refusal enrages them. While out with his singer girlfriend Ann, Billy is assaulted by Rand's henchmen, but he decides to resist, though he endures for the sake of his girlfriend's safety. Soon, Billy is ambushed on set and suffers facial injuries, leading him to feign death to deceive Rand. During the fighting competition, Billy infiltrates Macau, defeating Rand's fighters and ruining their plans.
