"A photograph may change the world" ---- It is adapted from the memoirs of the two main characters, Greg Marinovich and Joao Silva, and tells the story of a photo editor, Silva (played by Malin Akerman), and her four war photographers, including the main character Greg Marinovich (played by Ryan Phillippe). They form the Bang Bang Club and delve into South Africa, using their cameras and lenses to document and reveal the secrets and evils of the area. The film is set during the early 1990s, during the first free elections in South Africa after apartheid. They come to this land filled with bloodshed and violence, capturing extraordinary works amidst gunfire and threats, which later won the Pulitzer Prize.
